Danielle Colby has been a reality television host as well as a burlesque artist on the History Channel since the series "American Pickers" was launched. She was competitive in roller derby and participated in numerous competitions however due to an injury she gave up. Colby is a dancer in burlesque who has her very personal group, 'Burlesque La Moustache. It is made up of Nine members, Colby included. Dannie's Bump'n Grind, a Chicago-based burlesque academy was founded by Colby. An energetic and vibrant persona, she is known for her flamboyance and her bold tattoos, she claims they contain deeper meanings, as well as being more than just their "cool appearance". She runs a clothing business called "4 Miles 2 Memphis' as well. She is involved with several charity activities. The main goal of her work is on helping victims of sex-trafficking and sexual harassment.
