Maureen Denise McCormick - the youngest of Richard McCormick's sons - was born at Woodland Hills in the year 1956. She was the home of her mother and also mother to her children. There are three brothers older than her: Michael Dennis and Kevin. At a young age McCormick was a singer and dance and would often put on puppet shows for kids in the community. Soon afterward, McCormick was commissioned by La Jolla Playhouse to play the character of Wind It up before It breaks. The Brady Bunch McCormick's audition was in the company of over 1200 other kids for the part of the eldest towheaded daughter in The Brady Bunch. The sitcom starred Florence Henderson and Robert Reed newlyweds, who shared an unmarried family. The show ran for five seasons. McCormick revealed her story in Heres the Story. Surviving Marcia Brady, and Finding My True Voice (published 2008) that McCormick was close to losing her Virginity with Barry Williams during the five-year run of the show. In 2008, McCormick revealed in her book Heres the story: Surviving Marcia Brady and Finding My True Voice that in the fifth season of the show, she was close to losing her virginity to actor Barry Williams.
